A Busy Summer Ahead
It's been a busy couple a of weeks, with several big news items all seeming to be happening around the same time. My wife and I are in the process of buying our first house and received some good news about that process moving forward another step. On the same day, I received confirmation that my permanent residence status (Green Card) had been approved!
I'm also gearing up for a summer of craft shows. Check out my Events page for where I'll be, but at the moment I've got places confirmed for a couple of shows in Milwaukee, and awaiting confirmation for shows in Kenosha, Sun Prairie, Monroe and Janesville. I'll also be out in Plymouth, Massachusetts for the Greenwood Fest (10-12th June) to learn some more skills to share with you wonderful folk.
Next week I'll be road tripping down California's Pacific coast. I'm really looking forward to seeing the giant sequoias and redwoods. Before I head off there I have lots to do. Not least finish the spoons I axed out while at the Madison Maker Faire last Saturday. Big thanks to everyone that braved the cold to stop and watch me carve spoons.
